WHO WE ARE
The Mechanical Contractors Association of Ontario (MCAO) is a provincial, not-for-profit organization committed to advancing, promoting, and supporting Ontario’s mechanical contracting industry. Representing nearly 300 dedicated professionals and member companies, MCAO brings stability, value, and leadership to the industry across the province.
WHAT WE OFFER
MCAO is proud to provide evolving educational opportunities, business resources, and member representation. Through partnerships with government agencies and industry associations, we offer access to a wide range of training programs—many of which are subsidized to help our members grow their skills and expertise.
OUR ROLE
As an accredited bargaining agency with the Ontario Labour Relations Board, MCAO represents all unionized mechanical contractors in Ontario. Our volunteer board of directors—composed of leaders from member companies—advocates on behalf of the industry at every level of government.
PROVINCE-WIDE PRESENCE
Ontario is divided into fourteen regional zones, each served by its own local Mechanical Contractors Association. While these zones operate independently, they work in close alignment with MCAO to deliver valuable benefits, resources, and support tailored to their local members.

- Lunch at the Vancouver Lookout

April 22-25 - Rocky Mountaineer & JasperList Item 3
Travel through the stunning scenery of Western Canada aboard the Rocky Mountaineer, with a stay at Fairmont Jasper Park Lodge.

April 26 - Jasper to Banff & CalgaryList Item 4
Travel south from Jasper, passing through the Columbia Icefields, with lunch and time to explore in Banff before continuing to Calgary for the final overnight stay.
Hotel Accommodation
Hotel accommodation will be provided at the Fairmont Vancouver and Fairmont Jasper Park Lodge.
PLEASE NOTE
Attendees who would like to take part in the Vancouver excursions on April 21 should plan to arrive on April 20.
If you prefer, you may also end your trip in Banff on April 26 rather than continuing with the group to Calgary. If you choose this option, you will be responsible for your own travel and accommodation from that point forward, including April 27.
